Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
41Trading is a small reseller of militaria, antiques and collectibles based in Missoula, Montana. This policy explains what information we handle, both on this website and in the internal software tools we use to manage our own eBay listings and YouTube channel.
This website
41trading.com is a simple informational page. It has no user accounts or forms, and we do not use advertising trackers or set cookies of our own. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregate visit counts (such as page views and the country a visit came from) gathered without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Cloudflare may also process standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Our eBay tools
41Trading uses internal software to manage its own inventory and eBay listings. These tools are used only by 41Trading, only on 41Trading’s own eBay seller account, and are not offered to anyone else. Through the eBay APIs, they access:
- our own listings: titles, prices, quantities and our internal stock-keeping (SKU) labels;
- total traffic figures for our listings, such as the number of views and search impressions, which eBay provides as counts only;
- our own inventory and cost records, from the accounting software we use.
These tools do not collect, store, sell or share personal information about eBay buyers or any other eBay users. They do not access buyers’ order or contact details, and the listing traffic figures contain no information about who viewed a listing.
Our YouTube tools
41Trading uses the YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos on its own YouTube channel. This tool is used only by 41Trading, only on our own channel, and is not offered to anyone else. It uploads our videos with their titles, descriptions and publish times, and reads basic information about our own channel and uploads. It does not collect, store or share personal information about YouTube viewers or other users. The sign-in key it uses is kept only on our own computer.
By using our videos on YouTube you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google’s handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.
If you buy from us
When you purchase from us on eBay, eBay provides us with the details needed to complete your order, such as a shipping address. We use that information only to fulfill and support your order. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except as needed to ship your purchase. Your use of eBay itself is covered by eBay’s User Privacy Notice.
